Simple but Effective – Bach Remedies

As regular readers will know, Bach Flower Remedies are one of my favourite complementary therapies. Many more people are discovering them, both for themselves and their animals, but I thought it’d be helpful to provide a quick recap on what they are.

What are they?

There are 38 different remedies in the Bach Flower Remedy system. They are single remedies including Rock Rose, Mimulus, Gorse and there is the famous Rescue Remedy which is actually a combination of five remedies (rather than a single remedy in its own right).

What animals can benefit?

Many different animals can benefit from Bach Remedies – from pets to livestock.

How do I know what remedy to choose?

You could also complete a course on Bach Flower Remedies – The Bach Centre offer a range of courses including one that can be completed by home study.

Or have a read – there are several good books available with information on Bach Remedies for animals.  The Bach Centre have many – visit their website here.

There are several professionally trained Bach Flower Remedies practicioners working with animals throughout not only the UK, but internationally too. To get the best out of using Bach Flower Remedies, having a consultation with a professional practicioner is a good idea.
